Re-uploading the same photo in slightly better quality is the worst possible move. New hash, identical frame geometry, sensor noise and capture settings. The system sees a repeat and reacts harder than the first time.
The second rejection lands faster and usually without review. The third closes the door for months, sometimes for good.
A correct second attempt means a different file, a different shoot, a cleaned environment and a pause. Not cosmetics – a full rebuild.
